These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sharp-money.com, our email newsletter, and any related content or services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Sharp Money. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Content is opinion and commentary

All commentary, analysis, ratings, "Tell Meter" scores, "Money Flow" visualizations, and scorecard entries on the Service are editorial opinion, not investment advice. See our Financial Disclosures for the full explanation — it's incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Accounts and the newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to provide a valid email address and consent to receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, or by contacting us at sharpmoney7@hotmail.com. We use a third-party email service provider (Beehiiv) to deliver our newsletter and manage subscriptions — see our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce, or to circumvent our spam/abuse protections (including our CAPTCHA/verification widget);
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of our Content for commercial purposes without prior written permission;
• Use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful material;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Sharp Money.

The Service, including its text, graphics, logos, the Sharp Money name and marks, and the "Tell Meter," "Money Flow," and "The Ledger" formats, is owned by Sharp Money or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may share links to and brief excerpts of our Content with proper attribution and a link back to the original piece, consistent with fair use.

6. Third-party links and content

The Service may link to or display content from third-party sources, including our "Market Wire" feed, which aggregates headlines from public sources such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Reserve. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and inclusion does not imply endorsement.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARP MONEY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sharp Money harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sharp Money is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
